umm.... you did this wrong sir!

I got a new watch strap last weekend and the employee put it on. As we walked out, I noticed on side was shiny, not the other, it didn't bend right, and it was extremely difficult to put on and take off. It turned out the SWATCH employee put half of yhe strap on UPSIDE DOWN! and I wasn't very pleased...
